The Bible book of Genesis has always been a source of inspiration for artists. For many contemporary artists, these old stories are still current and relevant. The exhibition of the Eden arts festival consists on the one hand of a thematic selection from several important private collections: Verdec, Paul & Marie-Rose Declercq-Benoot, Michel and Julie Espeel-Vandenbroucke and Bruno Vermeersch. On the other hand, the exhibition features work by Belgian artists, who were invited to participate with mainly new work.
