The Leienpaleis is much more than just an exhibition space, not any artwork could fit into the sumptuousness of the premises. Koen van den Broek has therefore selected works that harmoniously communicate with our magnificent residence and of which the soul is adhering to the Leienpaleis’ spearheads: centralising, connecting and celebrating. Only works that exude fun, ephemerality and ultra-modern symbolism are selected. The works come close to photography, film and architecture, as such revealing van den Broek’s conceptual framework.
