Focused on the investigation of daily life, I explore the nature of repetition and the origin of trance. Intrigued by the human thirst for spiritualization, I examine relationships between ritual and discipline.
Analyzing the glitch that appears at the junction of magic and logic, I am watching how mass culture and science replace religion. Exploring strategies of power sacralization and its hierarchical structures, I construct the notion of an archaic futurism.
In the key of modern archaeology, my artistic investigation deals with the transformation of symbols and signs in their interaction between traditional and contemporary culture, circular and linear concepts of time. Using international anthropological material from walls of virtual caves, I mediate between fact and myth, inspired by modern polysemy and ambiguity.
Extracting collective and global structures from individual experiences and local contexts, I am constructing my own poetic form of a new mythology, using different mediums for its articulation.
