Join us for a very special cooking event organized by 2023 HISK resident Fabiola Burgos Labra.
Empanadas are part of the culinary history present in Latin America, there are different preparation methods, the shape and ingredients can vary from one country to another, or from one region to another.
Visitors are encouraged to take part in the preparation of the Empanadas and enjoy a shared lunch.
Everyone is welcome ! Vegetarian friendly.

We invite you to discover the respective artistic practices of two 2023 HISK laureates : Yue Yuan (in conversation with 2022 HISK Laureate Wim De Pauw) and Maëlle Dufour (in conversation with curator Antoinette Jattiot).
18:00 - Event / Certificate ceremony
The eleven 2023 HISK Laureates will be handed out their certificates as the completion of their two-year residency at HISK.
