The third Narration des ordinaires, following the exhibition held at AU LIEU in 2021 and the one at Galerie Laure Roynette in 2022, the author and curator Adrien van Melle proposes in this cycle to explore the way in which artists, including himself, deal with an everyday life that is both fantasised and autobiographical through the medium of narration.

For this chapter, the twenty-six participating artists were invited to reflect on the theme of the exhibition by proposing a background for a predefined form, perhaps the most ordinary one possible, a smartphone, framed in a discrete Plexiglas box.
