Netwerk Aalst Artistic director Pieternel Vermoortel received us and talked about the institution’s role, aims, artistic directives, artists’ commissions, fees and more. She showed Netwerk’s great facilities, which include a cinema and a technical workshop, and also gave an introduction to Alex Cecchetti & Laure Prouvost’s “Occupie Paradit” exhibition - on view until June 21 2020.
